­Mag­no­lia CMS is a Java-based con­tent man­age­ment sys­tem that uses a JCR repos­i­to­ry to store, re­trieve and search data. In this re­spect Mag­no­lia is sim­i­lar to Adobe Ex­pe­ri­ence Man­ag­er, Hip­po CMS and Jahia which also use JCR.
